As an extension to Kin-MAX DMS, we have a web application to take care of new lead generation, lead allocation and customer feedback capture. This is also supported with optional Customer Care Helpdesk Service, which accesses CIM online.

Analytical reporting tool is one of features of CIM. Company management can access the reports on Sales, Service, New Business Generation,
Product / Service Problem Areas, Geography-wise Reports etc. real-time. This is also integrated with Short Messaging System (SMS) Module as required.
